Shipping charges are nonrefundable unless we made a mistake on your order or if your orders is defective.
If your merchandise was damaged in shipment keep the original shipping cartons and immediately call UPS or Fedx to report damage. Then email us at jcsheavenlyinspirations@yahoo.com for a RMA Number hat will be placed on the shipping lable.
If you received damage merchandise email us within 7 days of receiving your order for further instructions so we can reimburse your payment upon receiving the returned merchandise.
A return charge of 20 % percent of the invoice amount will be charged for all returns.
Packages must be prepaid. C.O.D will not be excepted.
