Shipping charges are nonrefundable unless we made a mistake on your order or if your order is defective.
If your merchandise was damaged in shipment keep the original shipping carton and immediately call UPS or FedEx to report damage. Then email us at jcsheavenlyinspirations@yahoo.com for a RMA Number hat will be placed on the shipping label.
If you received damage merchandise email us within 7 days of receiving your order for further instructions so we can reimburse your payment upon receiving the returned merchandise.
A return charge of 20 % percent of the invoice amount will be charged for all returns.
Packages must be prepaid. C.O.D will not be excepted.
Please keep your shipping receipt until you have received credit for your return.
